Answers

1°) How the secured credit card payment works?

Visa and MasterCard have developed a worldwide standard for the protection of cardholder data called the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The PCI DSS ensures cardholder account information is not stored unless absolutely necessary, and if account information is stored, then it is done securely and in line with the Standard. Love4aviation.com is fully PCI DSS compliant by using a third party gateway: DPS Direct Payment Solutions. It means that Love4aviation.com doesn't see and hold any credit card numbers. This information is kept on DPS secured server, and payment is channelled through Love4aviation.com's bank account in real time. An interface manager enables Love4aviation.com to process refunds on credit card using only the name of the cardholder and transaction number. You can experience a demonstration of the payment process that occurs after you click on the checkout button of your shopping cart page. Beware that a website offering the possibility to pay on-line by credit card is not necessarily PCI DSS compliant. It can simply collect credit card information using HTTP or HTTPS transmission. Then the credit card details are fully visible to the merchant who processes the transaction manually. There is no guarantee that the merchant will destroy the credit card details or store them in a secured place. They could simply be written on a note and left on the counter. If a website isn’t PCI DSS compliant, Love4aviation.com recommends that you avoid giving your credit card details and make payment by bank transfer.

2°) What are the means of payment available?

The primary mean of payment is On-line with Credit Card, as this is the easiest for everyone. Alternatively, on the check out page you can opt for Bank Transfer. While doing so, an automatic email will be sent to you with the bank account number. Goods are dispatched only upon reception of payment, so it is fastest to use credit card payment. There are no On Account customers.

3°) Are there any additional transaction fee on credit card payment?

No there are no additional transaction fee. If you see an additional transaction fee on your credit card statement for CurrencySelect transaction, this fee is charged by your issuing bank when you purchase from an international merchant as part of your terms and conditions for the card. If you have any question regarding this fee, you shall discuss it with your issuing bank or look for an alternative card issuing bank that does not levy this fee. It is not a fee that has been charged by our bank.

4°) Can I use PayPal to pay on-line for my goods?

Love4aviation.com strongly discourages anyone from using PayPal services. PayPal doesn't provide any guarantee about the payee as the payment is given to an email address. Consequently PayPal is used mainly by swindlers, and the alledged guarantees offered by PayPal are only marketing claims not followed by any action. You can find out more here:http://www.paypalwarning.com/
Love4aviation.com recommends that you pay on-line only to websites that have a secured payment gateway, because that ensures the business has a merchant number, therefore has set up a business bank account with an established bank, and is liable for the transaction.

5°) What is the Difference Between PayPal and the Real Merchant Account That You Offer?

With a Real Merchant Account, your funds are directly deposited into our  business bank account, which we control and which is also protected by Federal Banking Regulations. With PayPal, your money is deposited into a PayPal Account, which PayPal Fully Controls. Since PayPal is NOT a bank, they do not need to follow federal banking regulations. These regulations are designed to help the "Average Joe" avoid issues like having their bank account frozen for weeks or months with no explanation. "Who would trust their money with a bank that could do that?" Sadly, Paypal routinely freezes its customers' accounts for almost anything and without warning. Once an account is frozen, the funds are often held by PayPal for months on end with Absolutely No Recourse for the merchant. A domino effect occurs when a PayPal account is frozen, leaving the merchant with No Means To Fill Orders. Those orders are then disputed by customers, creating more chargebacks and the illusion of fraudulent activity on the part of the merchant. The Bottom Line? Process credit cards only with a Real Merchant Account.

9°) How To Whitelist Love4aviation in your Spam Filter?

With the advent of outrageous volumes of unwanted email these days, it's unfortunate that legitimate email publications are not being seen by some of the readers who enjoy those publications. There is much fear today that the email publishing / marketing industry is in serious trouble, due to mistakes in filtering when legitimate email is erroneously tagged as unwanted email. While we applaud the anti-spam industry for removing the plethora of unwanted email from many of our mailboxes, from time to time, some legitimate email publications are mistaken as unwanted. Sometimes, this results in our mailings bouncing back, with requests for us to respond to challenge/response messages to prevent future filtering. However, due to the size of our list, it's nearly impossible for us handle the volume of such requests. To that end, please realize that we want our readers to always anticipate and enjoy the valuable information that our publication delivers. If you currently use an anti-spam program or service, we ask that you take just a minute or two to add our publication to your "safe" or permitted email sender list. This usually involves simply adding our sending address (From:) to your whitelist, safelist, or list of priviledged senders. This is commonly known as whitelisting a publication. Please refer to the following whitelisting instructions you can use to whitelist Love4aviation, depending on the filtering solution you use:
