1°) Account Managers Every customer of Love4aviation.com is assigned a personal International Account Manager so our customer files are stored into a human brain (also in our Intranet). All of our account managers are trained professionals who are available to assist you with any question you may have. The definition of their duties is simple: "everything". Your account manager knows who you are, what is the story and what are your needs. He manages the project from initial enquiry to after sale support for the lifetime of the product, including demonstrations, ordering and shipping, installation supervision, guarantee etc. They are working directly with the manufacturers.2°) Authorized Technical Centres They are certified aircraft maintenance organisations or FAA Repair Stations working under agreement with Love4aviation.com Ltd. They have access to a wide range of privileges including Intranet, technical information, working direct with manufacturers etc. They hold a small stock of spares and give access to extended guarantees. Project is nonetheless supervised by an account manager if they don't already have one in the team.3°) Owners Board This board is here to provide advice and support to prospective customers and operators of our aeroplanes. This Owners Board will allow you to achieve your goals through the experiences, skills and knowledge of other aeroplane owners. After all, who could be better suited to talk about a product than the end user? Based on that simple fact, Love4aviation.com asks some of its customers if they accept to join the owners board. Board members accept to be contacted to give advice and provide un-biased answers to questions potential purchasers might have, based on their personal experience. Upon request, Love4aviation.com gives their contact details (email and telephone). An aircraft engineer working in a licensed workshop has the advantage of having a network of teammates and managers to rely on. These fellow workmates have different skills, experiences, insights and backgrounds. Homebuilders and small private operators, in the main, don't have this advantage. Consider what an opportunity your project would have if you employed 7 aircraft engineers, all with business experience and all employing their skills to your project. This owners board offers you this opportunity. This allows you to take advantage of different skills, view points and talents plus a dedicated account manager who will be at your side supporting you with implementing your plans. |
