A worthy heir to the line of the two-seat high efficiency DYN' AERO aircraft, the MCR MiniCRuiser profits from the very latest technical evolutions of the mark. It is aerodynamically similar to the MCR Sportster, and when combined with the turbocharged Rotax 914 engine offers a cruise speed at altitude of 175kts. With a fuel consumption of 20 litres per hour the operational costs are lower than that of a typical two seat school aircraft whilst the performance is more akin to that of a large piston aircraft consuming four times as much fuel. The wing tanks taken from the MCR 4S offer a capacity of 130 litres giving the MiniCruiser an endurance of more than 6 hours. The wings are designed around DynAero's famous high-lift aerofoil with double slotted flaps which allow approaches at reduced speed and safe short field landings. Construction in carbon results in empty weights from 240 kgs (including BRS parachute) and a useful load of 250 kgs. These characteristics turn the MCR MiniCruiser into a fast touring aircraft without equal in its class.
